- •Several years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles
- •Proven ability to lead products and people in a cross-functional environment
- •Strong user empathy and solid track record of product discovery
- •Outcome-oriented mindset with focus on KPIs
- •Technical fluency in development discussions
- •Confidence in decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs
- •Curiosity, initiative, and strong bias for action
- •Fluency in German and English (C2)
- •Experience with IoT products, mobile apps, or B2B SaaS
- •Experience with discovery techniques like fake doors, usability tests, or rapid prototyping
- •Experience leading or mentoring team members
- •Experience in empowered product teams with strong design and engineering partners

- •Lead continuous product discovery through interviews, tests, and prototypes
- •Frame and prioritize problems based on user needs and business goals
- •Translate company strategy into a clear product vision and actionable roadmaps
- •Define and track success metrics like activation rate and retention
- •Drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on outcomes and quality
- •Take direct responsibility for coaching and developing team members
- •Support and grow PMs in discovery skills and stakeholder management
- •Act as a player-coach by owning product initiatives while enabling others
- •Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and outcome ownership
- •Align designers, engineers, and stakeholders around shared goals
- •Act as a key product counterpart to engineering, design, and business leadership
- •Ensure clarity and alignment across multiple product initiatives
