Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of product, commercial or operational leadership in the energy sector
- •Proven experience managing product managers or cross-functional teams
- •Experience building or scaling products in energy retail, tariffs, or flexibility services
- •Deep understanding of energy retail business across multiple countries
- •Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks and market operations in the energy sector
- •Exposure to flexibility services, distributed energy resources, and digital energy services
- •Comfortable engaging with technical teams on system architecture and data flows
- •Strong operational discipline and ability to translate complexity into scalable models
- •Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical skills
- •Strategic thinker who can deliver in a fast-paced environment
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German
- •Able to influence and align internal and external stakeholders
- •Proven ability to lead people and drive cross-functional collaboration
- •Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable in a high-growth context
