Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
- •Desirable certifications in BPM, Agile, or Project Management
- •Experience leading PLM and ALM initiatives
- •Ability to translate vision into strategies
- •Strong grasp of DevOps principles
- •Success in driving strategic transformation initiatives
- •Experience in organizational development and change management
- •Track record of leading high-performing teams
- •Strong cost management and budgeting skills

- •Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- •Interest in AI technologies
- •Fluency in English
