Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- •7+ years of experience in managing and developing IT business applications in international organizations
- •Proven track record in leading teams, managing service operations, and delivering complex IT projects
- •Strong experience with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, ITIL, and project management (IPMA or equivalent)
- •Sound knowledge of business process management and cross-functional collaboration
- •Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in English; German or another European language is an advantage
- •Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
