Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or additional MBA
- •Experience in management and sustainability projects
- •5–8 years expertise in transformation
- •Understanding of business and transformational methodologies
- •Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks
- •Experience advising clients at C-Level
- •Results-oriented leadership and problem-solving skills
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented
- •Fluency in English
- •Willingness to travel internationally

- •Lead a global team of senior advisors
- •Expand the company's sustainability advisory practices
- •Guide clients through autonomous and sustainable building transformations
- •Manage global energy transition and Net Zero programs
- •Collaborate with sustainability experts and technology leaders
- •Drive growth across business units and technology portfolios
- •Advise on economically viable pathways to net-zero
- •Consult on CAPEX, OPEX, and financing strategies
- •Lead revenue-generating external consulting engagements
- •Advise CxO-level stakeholders on sustainability strategy
- •Ensure alignment with SBTi and global regulatory frameworks
- •Translate CSRD and CDP requirements into masterplans
- •Optimize energy and demand-side flexibility for global portfolios
- •Integrate AI-enabled operations and digital platforms into advisory
- •Mentor senior consultants and global expert networks
- •Design and implement low-carbon operational transformations
- •Monitor ESG regulations and industry market trends
- •Represent the company in sustainability and infrastructure forums
