Anforderungen
- •7+ years of relevant experience in large-scale transformation or program management
- •Strong understanding of transformation, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks
- •Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
- •Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- •Fluency in English
- •Solid understanding of R&D processes and product development lifecycle
- •Familiarity with medical device industry regulations and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA)
- •Experience in leading within a dynamic and global matrixed organization
- •Project Management Certificate (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
- •German skills are a plus
