Anforderungen
- •Minimum 10 years of finance experience
- •5 years in manufacturing or engineering environment
- •Knowledge of Finance in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, or Manufacturing industries
- •Proven leadership capability

- •Proficient in story-telling with financial data

Deine Aufgaben
- •Advise the Automation and Tooling Solutions business unit on financial decisions
- •Lead and develop a global finance team, fostering talent and engagement
- •Develop and distribute monthly financial reporting packages
- •Analyze project and manufacturing performance metrics
- •Provide monthly reporting data, including variance analysis and financial forecasts
- •Support Business Unit heads with key metrics and in-depth analyses
- •Establish and track Business Unit performance metrics
- •Lead financial analysis and planning cycles for projects
- •Own the budgeting process for Automation & Tooling, ensuring accuracy
- •Calculate activity rates for budgeted project sales and COGS
- •Identify performance improvement opportunities with stakeholders
- •Drive the carve-out of automation and tooling segments
- •Implement functional P&L and set up new company codes in SAP
- •Establish Percentage of Completion accounting for projects
- •Implement intercompany pricing processes for the automation and tooling organization
- •Support process standardization across Project Finance
