  • •8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • •3+ years in a leadership role
  • •Proven success building or scaling HR functions
  • •Experience operating across European and US employment frameworks
  • •Deep familiarity with modern HRIS tools
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication
  • •Prior experience at a research-first AI lab
  • •Prior experience as the first or early people ops hire
  • •Experience with equity compensation and high-stakes employee relations
  • •Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineering and research teams

  • •Design HR infrastructure to support aggressive hiring
  • •Balance autonomy for researchers with necessary structure
  • •Navigate complex compensation conversations with candidates
  • •Shape a high-performance, inclusive culture across regions
  • •Operate in a talent-competitive sector with strategic consequences
