Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- •Extensive operational leadership experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or industrial sectors
- •Proven expertise in process optimization, production planning, and cross-functional leadership including electronics and PCBA manufacturing
- •Strong knowledge of EHS, facility management, and strategic sourcing
- •Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- •Fluency in German and English
