- •More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the mobility or automotive industry
- •Proven track record as Business Unit lead or in similar managerial position

- •Experience with diverse business functions including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- •Knowledge of mobility and fleet management operations and its IT platforms

- •Lead and scale the European mobility business
- •Own strategy, P&L, and operations
- •Empower international teams and partners
- •Oversee strategic planning for the mobility business
- •Manage sales and customer acquisition efforts
- •Oversee e-commerce platform and vehicle sourcing
- •Plan and manage fleet operations
- •Ensure exceptional customer service
- •Handle vehicle de-fleeting processes
- •Conduct annual budget planning and mid-term planning
- •Forecast monthly financials, including revenue and costs
- •Directly lead mobility employees in Germany and subsidiaries
- •Enforce legal guidelines and regulatory compliance
- •Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- •Act as a point of contact for the mobility business
- •Resolve operational issues and customer incidents
- •Maintain insights on competitive landscape and market opportunities
- •Design and implement business strategies and performance targets
