- •Strong background in dealer/retail network strategy, sales planning, marketing, product, or network development
- •Deep understanding of European premium automotive markets, dealer economics, and regulatory frameworks
- •Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results in market-facing environments
- •Confident influencer with experience working across HQ–region–market operating models and cross-functional organizations
- •Strategic, structured, and pragmatic mindset with high tolerance for complexity
- •Strong financial, analytical, and executive communication skills in a multicultural environment
- •Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
