- •Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable
- •More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the mobility or automotive industry
- •Proven track record as Business Unit lead or in similar managerial position overseeing cross-functional, international business operations
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- •Experience with diverse business functions including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- •Knowledge of mobility and fleet management operations and its IT platforms
- •Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- •Lead and scale the European mobility business
- •Own strategy, P&L, and operations
- •Empower international teams and partners
- •Oversee strategic planning and sales for the mobility business
- •Manage customer acquisition and e-commerce platform
- •Handle vehicle sourcing and fleet planning
- •Direct operations and customer service
- •Manage vehicle de-fleeting processes
- •Plan annual budgets and conduct mid-term planning
- •Forecast monthly financials, including revenue and costs
- •Lead mobility employees in Germany and subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, France, and Italy
- •Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company policies
- •Build relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- •Act as a point of contact for HCM's Mobility business
- •Resolve operational issues and customer incidents
- •Maintain insights on competitive landscape and market opportunities
- •Design and implement business strategies and performance targets
- •Create weekly executive reports on business performance
- •Define and optimize operational processes to mitigate risks
- •Ensure effective recruiting and onboarding of the mobility team
- •Manage professional development and performance of team members
