Anforderungen

  • •University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
  • •Proven track record of building and leading international service organizations
  • •Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution management within the life science / lab equipment industry
  • •International leadership experience in matrix organizations and multicultural teams
  • •Very good command of English, German skills are an advantage
  • •Strong leadership personality with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength, and results orientation
  • •Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and motivational leadership style

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead and manage the global Bioprocess Service and Customer Support organization
  • •Design and implement a sustainable global service strategy
  • •Develop new business models for service delivery
  • •Manage and enhance international service teams, including Field Service and Technical Support
  • •Ensure effective global complaint management and timely resolution of customer issues
  • •Build and transfer application knowledge within the service organization
  • •Conduct global training for customers and service staff
  • •Drive new service concepts to maximize recurring revenue streams
  • •Define and implement worldwide service policies and quality standards
  • •Collaborate closely with R&D, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio teams
  • •Represent and position Bioprocess Service both internally and externally
