Anforderungen
- •University or technical college studies in biotechnology/electrical engineering or technical training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or technician's degree
- •Application experience with bioprocess
- •Profound knowledge of bioprocess engineering or process engineering
- •Very good knowledge of Eppendorf bioprocess device
- •Very good English skills and solid German skills for internal communication
- •Willingness to work flexible hours and willingness to travel (max. 70%, overnight, within EMEA-region, focus on Western Europe)
- •IT knowledge of hardware and software, operating systems, and network knowledge
- •Profound user of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics
- •Registered residence in Germany required at start of employment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic customers
- •Achieve strategic and operational goals for the bioprocess business in EMEA
- •Enhance customer satisfaction and brand image through premium service support
- •Identify future customer requirements and communicate product improvements
- •Perform maintenance, repairs, installation, and training on bioprocess devices
- •Execute service calls for installation, maintenance, repairs, and modifications
- •Conduct infield and remote application training for products
- •Process technical customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM system
- •Support sales colleagues with application and technical issues
- •Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
