Anforderungen
- •Pharmacist, Chemist, Biochemist, Biologist, or comparable background, preferably with PhD
- •10+ years of experience in relevant areas of parenteral drug products
- •Proven track record of advanced technical/scientific achievements
- •Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environment overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- •Experience with regulatory filings for biologics
- •Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and act as direct people leader

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the DP Lead team II in Ludwigshafen
- •Oversee drug product leads for parenteral drug product support and late-stage development
- •Manage formulation, primary packaging, and manufacturing processes
- •Serve as a translational link to application/device systems in global product development teams
- •Guide CMC leads on drug substance, drug product, analytical, and device project aspects
- •Develop and execute global goals, projects, and initiatives for biologics CMC strategies
- •Drive globally aligned strategies for late-stage development concepts
- •Ensure smooth project handovers with R&D
- •Educate and train employees and pharmaceutical personnel on biological product development and manufacturing
- •Review and approve GMP-compliant and regulatory documents for clinical trials and market submissions
