- •Lead the Overarching Project Group within pPDS&T Drug Product
- •Develop and align overarching development strategies
- •Collaborate with partners to establish related frameworks and infrastructure
- •Represent the parenteral PDS&T organization in global project teams as DP Lead
- •Educate and train employees and pharmaceutical personnel on QbD approaches
- •Develop globally aligned, standardized QRM-based development approaches for parenterals
- •Manage and guide the execution of global goals and initiatives for parenteral development
- •Create technical project plans and timelines aligned with quality risk management principles
- •Communicate project status and risks effectively
- •Present data and strategies clearly in line with regulatory expectations
- •Create and approve GMP-compliant and regulatory documents for clinical trials and market submissions
