•Lead the Overarching Project Group within pPDS&T Drug Product
•Develop and align overarching development strategies
•Collaborate with partners to establish related frameworks and infrastructure
•Represent the parenteral PDS&T organization in global project teams as DP Lead
•Educate and train employees and pharmaceutical personnel on QbD approaches
•Develop globally aligned, standardized QRM-based development approaches for parenterals
•Manage and guide the execution of global goals and initiatives for parenteral development
•Create technical project plans and timelines aligned with quality risk management principles
•Communicate project status and risks effectively
•Present data and strategies clearly in line with regulatory expectations
•Create and approve GMP-compliant and regulatory documents for clinical trials and market submissions
