- •Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field
- •10–15 years of experience in product development, innovation, research, application chemistry, or process engineering
- •Strong process engineering, analytical, and technology-scouting skills
- •Proven leadership skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder networks
- •Fluent German and English skills

- •Provide technology and process support for major CapEx projects
- •Define and deploy best practices across relevant technologies
- •Support technology transfer between regions
