Anforderungen
- •Travel activities in countries served by RBI Group
- •Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, methodologies, technologies, and products
- •Practical experience in organization/business model in a regulatory environment
- •Relevant experience in the financial services industry
- •Strong result focus and structured working style
- •High ability to work in a team and independently
- •Strong coordination and excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
- •Excellent command of written and spoken English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and implement a Business Continuity framework for RBI Group
- •Assess and develop the maturity level of BCM in Head Office and the Group
- •Define KPIs to measure BCM effectiveness and monitor them
- •Establish minimum standards and create/maintain guidelines for RBI Group
- •Perform BCMS-Lifecycle activities for Austrian Subsidiaries of RBI
- •Further develop the group-wide strategy for Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
- •Define and implement a crisis management policy for RBI Group
- •Execute the crisis management process across RBI Group
- •Build strong relationships within the RBI Security area and business units
