- •Advanced degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related areas
- •Proven track record of driving complex strategy projects
- •Min. 3-5 years of experience in banking, ideally in strategy or business development, or consultancy

- •Offer second opinions on existing strategies of other group units
- •Redefine business and operating models
- •Manage implementation projects of strategic relevance
- •Prepare information and decision-making documents for top management
- •Align closely with other group units on strategy-related matters
