Anforderungen
- •Expertise in traditional asset management
- •Strong working knowledge of tokenization and crypto market structures
- •Proven ability to articulate and communicate new business models
- •Demonstrated experience driving initiatives in regulated financial environments

- •Develop and deliver a comprehensive tokenization strategy for RBI
- •Bridge traditional asset management with innovative tokenized models
- •Align with business lines, compliance, and legal for implementation roadmaps
- •Identify, scope, and prioritize tokenization use cases
- •Lead POCs and MVPs, shaping business cases for delivery
- •Collaborate with internal and external partners for regulatory compliance
- •Explore adjacent emerging tech domains like AI-enabled banking
- •Lead horizon scanning and opportunity assessments
- •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment
