Anforderungen
- •5–10+ years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, or consultancy
- •Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and business case skills
- •Experience building planning or reporting frameworks in high-growth environments
- •Comfort blending marketplace data into financial models
- •Structured thinking in ambiguity and confidence in cross-functional environments
- •Fluency in both German and English, French is nice to have
- •Staffing / HR, Marketplace or Tech experience (nice to have)

- •Build and enhance financial models integrating P&L with marketplace and CRM data

- •Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate assumptions and outcomes
- •Enhance forecast logic, automate data processes, and improve model accuracy
- •Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- •Collaborate with the internal data team to manage core data flows and dashboards
- •Deliver decision-ready forecasts and scenario analyses
- •Influence pricing, product, operations, and marketing investments through business cases
- •Establish frameworks for client profitability and CAC efficiency to boost margins
- •Align KPI reporting with planning cycles
- •Drive measurable improvements in volumes, profitability, and acquisition efficiency
