Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- •MBA or professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) preferred
- •7+ years experience in FP&A
- •Deep involvement in planning and forecasting in complex, global organizations
- •Strong technical proficiency in planning systems and data visualization tools
- •Demonstrated ability to drive process automation and technology-enabled improvements in finance

- •Support global budgeting and forecasting processes
- •Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
- •Drive improvements in templates, timelines, and data quality
- •Manage local budgeting processes, including cost and overhead rates
- •Collaborate with businesses and the Controlling Practice & Operations team
- •Build financial models and scenarios for decision-making
- •Present clear, actionable insights based on data analysis
- •Work closely with business units to ensure data accuracy
- •Deliver relevant insights to support decision-making
- •Assist the Financial Planning Team Lead with daily tasks
- •Prepare and drive meetings and workshops
- •Create management presentations and reports for headquarters
- •Promote the adoption of planning and forecasting tools
- •Drive changes towards efficient, technology-enabled planning processes
