Anforderungen
- •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- •2 years of relevant work experience in business controlling, sales controlling, or accounting
- •Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- •Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/BI systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar)
- •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- •Profound knowledge of finance and control processes, IFRS regulations
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

- •Lead cost center controlling
- •Monitor and control cost center performance
- •Prepare monthly cost center management reports
- •Conduct variance analyses and provide commentary for leadership
- •Support cost center leads with financial insights
- •Recommend cost optimization strategies
- •Assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting
- •Track variances and KPIs
- •Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and key financial metrics
- •Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- •Collect and validate financial data
- •Contribute to improving financial data quality and processes
- •Utilize SAP, Power BI, and other finance tools for data accuracy
- •Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects
