Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- •Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
- •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- •Experience in top-tier audit and senior controlling
- •Experience with group consolidation and reporting
- •Experience in structured international organizations
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Experience with ERP and consolidation systems
- •High integrity and accountability
- •Detail-driven and execution-focused approach
- •Comfortable working across cultures and timezones
- •Confident communication and interaction skills
- •Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- •Fluent English and German skills

- •Apply and document Swiss GAAP accounting policies
- •Improve group accounting policies continuously
- •Oversee statutory accounts and audits
- •Coordinate with external auditors
- •Design and implement internal control systems
- •Strengthen finance governance and closing discipline
- •Support risk management and policy compliance
- •Monitor bank covenants and external requirements
- •Produce monthly management and Board reporting
- •Track KPIs and provide performance insights
- •Consolidate group budgets and multi-year plans
- •Maintain budget-to-actual reporting across entities
- •Manage reporting for banks and lenders
- •Professionalize finance processes and workflows
- •Drive efficiency and scalability in operations
- •Support M&A activities and structural integrations
