- •Support daily operations across all outlets
- •Maintain clear communication between FOH and BOH
- •Assist with coordination needs
- •Manage F&B schedules and track attendance
- •Ensure accurate monthly closing of records
- •Print daily menus and specials with correct layouts
- •Maintain pricing and HOX brand standards
- •Ensure hygiene standards and HACCP documentation are up to date
- •Follow up with teams on outstanding hygiene items
- •Manage EMC/Simphony pricing and menu item consistency
- •Create or deactivate menu items as needed
- •Assist with inventory documentation and reporting
- •Prepare reports for F&B management
- •Support internal organization with communication boards and SOPs
- •Prepare onboarding materials and manage supplier contacts
