Anforderungen
- •MA/MsC or PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- •10+ years of experience in AI/in-silico roles within biotech/pharma
- •Strong background in computational drug discovery
- •Deep understanding of ML/AI technologies and data integration
- •Track record of building high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams
- •Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- •Recognized thought leader in AI for Life Sciences
- •Experience in platform architecture and data governance
- •Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory frameworks
- •Expertise in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure)
- •Experience leading external partnerships
- •Knowledge of FAIR data principles and ontologies
- •Published in top-tier journals or patents in AI/in silico sciences

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and own the global AI and in silico strategy
- •Establish an operating model integrating data science, bioinformatics, AI/ML, and simulation
- •Represent Evotec’s in silico innovation at executive and public levels
- •Lead the evolution of the In Silico Hub to scalable solutions for target ID and lead optimization
- •Oversee deployment of AI/ML models and data integration pipelines across R&D
- •Advance the use of multi-modal data, including omics and imaging
- •Build and lead a multidisciplinary center of excellence in in silico science and data strategy
- •Guide the creation and evolution of a Data Function for unified data governance and delivery
- •Foster a matrixed leadership model for in-silico expert teams
- •Own the prioritization and resourcing model for AI/in-silico projects
- •Govern the lifecycle of in silico tools for business impact and ROI
- •Partner with Translational Medicine, IT, and Commercial teams to embed AI tools in workflows
- •Evaluate market trends to steer AI investment for competitive advantage
- •Develop and select strategic partnerships with academic institutions and AI providers
- •Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory expectations
- •Lead the definition and reporting of KPIs for in silico capabilities
