Anforderungen
- •Advanced university degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
- •Degree in business administration, public administration, or economics with focus on ICT governance
- •At least seven years of experience in ICT governance, policy development, IT coordination, or change management
- •Proven experience in drafting and implementing enterprise-level Digital & IT policies
- •Knowledge of leading ICT governance and service management frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 38500
- •Familiarity with UN system administrative issuances, audit processes, and compliance requirements
- •Experience in stakeholder consultation, risk management, and policy harmonization
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Working knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the writing of the UNIDO Digital & IT Policy
- •Review ICT Policy and related policies
- •Assess audit recommendations linked to Digital & IT Governance
- •Propose a new policy architecture for Enterprise Digital & IT
- •Conduct consultations with stakeholders and the steering committee
- •Draft new policies and propose amendments to existing ones
- •Perform policy review and gap analysis against audit findings
- •Draft and consolidate normative instruments, including the Digital & IT policy
- •Develop Digital & IT governance standards for various domains
- •Engage stakeholders to validate policy drafts and incorporate feedback
- •Establish policy governance mechanisms for transparency and accountability
- •Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- •Prepare implementation guidance and communication materials
