Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- •Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
- •10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- •3+ years in a cybersecurity management role
- •Good general knowledge of IT and IT management
- •Analytical and synthesis skills
- •Good communication skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- •Sense of confidentiality
- •Proficiency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and implement the Cybersecurity strategy across 12 countries
- •Steer Cybersecurity initiatives and track KPIs for regional entities
- •Communicate cyber operational and strategic messages to regional management
- •Facilitate communication between Group teams and local entities
- •Promote and drive change management for new Group methodologies and tools
- •Manage Pluxee’s Cybersecurity incident response and escalate as needed
- •Oversee regular crisis exercises in alignment with Group Crisis methodology
- •Advocate for Cybersecurity to Executives and Senior leaders
- •Represent Pluxee in external information security communities
