Anforderungen
- •Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent relevant experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
- •Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering aspects of RF equipment
- •Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools and CAD software
- •Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects for scientific instruments
- •Experience in preparing technical specifications and reports
- •Knowledge and application of RF techniques and electrical engineering techniques
- •Design and analysis of mechanical structures
- •Knowledge and application of cryogenic heat transfer techniques
- •Design and modelling of RF accelerating structures
- •Knowledge and application of clean-room techniques
- •Accountability and responsibility for own actions
- •Willingness to learn and share knowledge

- •Teamwork and collaboration skills
- •Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- •Spoken and written English or French, commitment to learn the other language

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and develop RF components for the 400 MHz Demonstrator Cryomodule
- •Create Fundamental Power Couplers and High Order Mode extraction couplers
- •Participate in the mechanical design of FPCs and HOM couplers
- •Select materials and manufacturing technologies for components
- •Perform RF, thermal, and mechanical simulations under various conditions
- •Optimize designs for efficiency and reliability
- •Contribute to the design and operation of RF conditioning test stations
- •Oversee prototype production and assembly processes
- •Prepare specifications and cleanroom procedures
- •Ensure quality control and maintain documentation
- •Support cryogenic qualification testing for cavities and assemblies
- •Collaborate with internal and external teams
- •Report progress and present results at workshops and conferences
