Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- •5–10 years of experience in electronic or embedded systems development
- •Experience with high-voltage systems and safe laboratory practices
- •Strong skills in C programming for embedded applications
- •Experience in firmware testing, debugging, and validation
- •Familiarity with hardware design, simulation and PCB layout
- •Hands-on mindset — comfortable with soldering, testing, and circuit troubleshooting
- •Proven ability to manage suppliers and coordinate external engineering partners
- •Strong understanding of project management methods, both waterfall and agile
- •Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) and German is a plus
- •Autonomous, trustworthy and results-oriented, with excellent teamwork and communication skills

- •Lead electronic and firmware development projects from prototype to production
- •Design and validate electronic architectures for novel technologies
- •Develop and test embedded firmware for control, signal processing, and communication
- •Perform make-or-buy analyses and manage development activities
- •Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for manufacturability and integration
- •Document technical requirements and track project milestones
- •Adapt electronic platforms to specific customer applications
- •Assemble, test, and debug prototypes while developing supporting documentation
