Anforderungen
- •Well-rounded profile with technical and entrepreneurial competencies
- •MSc or PhD in electronics, mechatronics, or similar field
- •Experience in programming (Python, C/C++), 3D printing, PCB design, and mechatronics device creation
- •Experience in scientific experimentation, data analysis, and reporting
- •Familiarity with simulation tools and CAD software
- •Creative mindset with passion for innovation and technology
- •Highly driven, technically curious, result-oriented, and proactive
- •Good communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English (C2), good command of German is an advantage

- •Lead a team of electronics development experts

- •Design and construct test setups to evaluate and optimize smart materials
- •Employ modeling and simulation techniques to analyze material behavior
- •Manage development project execution to ensure timely results
- •Create and manage a network of internal and external partners
- •Interact with customers to support business development for new products
- •Support technology scouting and innovation management activities
