Anforderungen

•Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems Engineering, or Microtechnology
•3–5 years of experience in product development, ideally in soft robotics, sensors, and actuators
•Solid understanding of actuation and sensing principles, embedded systems, and electromechanical integration
•Experience with prototyping, testing, and transitioning designs from lab-scale to production
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage internal and external development activities
•Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with creativity and attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills in English (mind. C1) and German is a plus
•Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
