Anforderungen

•10+ years in enterprise software
•Proven track record of leading presales organizations
•Familiarity with PTC or similar solutions
•Deep expertise in EHT and/or MedTech
•Success in driving ARR growth and strategic programs
•Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
•Experience in global, matrixed organizations
•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
•Extensive experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales for enterprise software
•Proven leadership managing managers and large teams
•Strong understanding of industrial product development and manufacturing processes
•Regional travel as required
