Anforderungen
- •Solid experience in the O2C environment
- •Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations, or comparable field
- •Extensive professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
- •Broad experience in end-to-end process ownership, operational excellence, and digital transformation
- •In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP S/4HANA
- •Experience in EDI processes, automation tools, and KPI reporting
- •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- •Clear communication and confident stakeholder management
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

- •Own the global Order-to-Cash process
- •Continuously develop the O2C framework
- •Drive automation of core processes
- •Manage and monitor operational KPIs
- •Ensure high data quality and accurate customer master data
- •Improve delivery performance with Supply Chain & Logistics
- •Collaborate with Finance & Credit Control for billing accuracy
- •Work with IT and the Transformation Office on system integration
- •Develop digital O2C capabilities
