Anforderungen

  • Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or Inside Sales within a B2B SaaS or software environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, contract management, and commercial governance
  • Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, identify deviations, and steer corrective actions
  • Confident working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and hierarchy levels
  • Comfortable working independently while acting as a trusted enabler for Sales leadership
  • Fluency in German and English is required

  • Optimize sales processes and standards
  • Act as the operational partner for the Head of Sales
  • Govern HubSpot CRM, including deal stages and documentation standards
  • Monitor pipeline health and performance
  • Coordinate and organize customer meetings for the Sales team
  • Prepare and standardize sales and commercial materials
  • Manage the contract management database for closed deals
  • Initiate contract renewals and track timelines
  • Define and maintain pricing strategy for follow-up periods
  • Ensure correct usage of Rail-Flow’s Terms & Conditions
  • Drive sales controlling and reporting for insights
  • Serve as a cross-functional interface between departments
  • Support sales enablement with playbooks and onboarding
