Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
•15+ years of progressive IT and digital leadership experience
•5+ years in senior global roles
•Proven success leading complex digital transformations
•Deep understanding of ERP/MES environments
•Demonstrated leadership of multi-region, director-level teams
•Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
•Financial and vendor governance expertise
•Experience with SAP MES, Industry 4.0, IoT, and hybrid ERP landscapes
•Familiarity with data governance, analytics, RPA, and AI/ML applications
•International leadership experience across multi-plant and multi-business operations
•Willingness to work from a Harman office in Germany 3 days per week
