Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- •7+ years in solution advisory in CX or 10+ years of deep CX knowledge
- •Openness to new technologies and willingness to learn
- •Fast understanding of customer needs and research skills
- •Solution-oriented mindset with customer focus
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Resilience and adaptability in complex situations
- •Expert knowledge in end-to-end processes and solution matching
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Team player with empathy towards customers and colleagues
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Good understanding of industry requirements
- •SAP product knowledge for SAP CX Sales and Service Cloud
- •Knowledge of AI and programming languages
