- •Support assigned customers with quality concerns
- •Provide on-site troubleshooting as needed
- •Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with manufacturing plants
- •Communicate findings and solutions to customers
- •Make decisions on handling filled or empty stock related to product issues
- •Sort or dispose of stock when required
- •Work with customer machine operators and engineers to identify root causes of technical problems
- •Organize product trials on customer filling lines
- •Ensure availability of correct test materials
- •Support the filling process on-site when necessary
- •Manage shipment and lab evaluation of filled samples
- •Advise customers on outcomes and next steps
- •Audit customer filling lines and warehouses for quality risks
- •Recommend improvements based on audits
- •Assist with customer equipment setup and staff training
- •Train staff on best practices for can handling and sealing processes
- •Collaborate with the CTS Manager to define trial needs
- •Coordinate with manufacturing to align product specifications
