Head of Quality Assurance(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead a dynamic QA team while ensuring the highest standards of product quality and food safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing quality systems, collaborating with suppliers, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in food technology, quality management/quality assurance, or process technology
• •10+ years of professional experience in a leading role in quality management
• •10+ years of experience in internal and external auditing, HACCP, and food safety
• •Extensive experience in quality management within the food and beverage industry
• •Deep understanding of global standards such as GFSI and HACCP
• •Proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• •Proficiency in QA systems, SAP, and process digitalization tools
• •Strong background in managing strategic projects focused on quality improvement
• •Expertise in statistical methods, KPI-based decision-making, and data visualization tools
• •Skilled in conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• •Fluency in English and German
