Anforderungen
- •Degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Innovation, or related field
- •Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, or innovation consulting
- •Strong technical understanding of AI, digital engineering, or simulation-based design
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Experience in project coordination within industrial and R&D environments
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- •Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and enthusiasm for technology and business
- •Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams

- •Support cross-sector collaboration between clients and academic institutions
- •Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence and strategic thinking
