- •Build and improve customer journeys for key lifecycle moments
- •Make journeys measurable, accessible, and localized
- •Utilize AI for content drafts and decision-making support
- •Apply brand, privacy, and consent rules for responsible automation
- •Collaborate with Product teams on in-app nudges and communications
- •Drive activation and retention alongside product managers
- •Measure experiment lift and LTV signals beyond basic metrics
- •Maintain a single journey backlog for your areas
- •Enhance templates, localization quality, and deliverability
- •Document decisions and surface trade-offs early
- •Build and iterate Braze canvases for email and push notifications
- •Create, localize, and QA multilingual content
- •Run continuous experiments with market and season holdouts
- •Monitor deliverability and manage frequency and fatigue
- •Partner with Martech on data hygiene and identity resolution
- •Use AI tools responsibly for drafting and output verification
- •Align transactional communications with product flows
- •Analyze performance data and provide concise recommendations
- •Keep playbooks and incident checklists updated
- •Contribute to roadmaps and make effort/impact trade-offs transparent
