• •Manage production area performance to meet schedules and targets
• •Promote a strong EHS culture among employees
• •Ensure availability of materials for operations
• •Monitor output volume and quality, adjusting tasks and equipment as needed
• •Protect plant assets and implement internal control regulations
• •Prepare production reports to identify and resolve performance issues
• •Establish manufacturing processes in line with safety and quality standards
• •Implement necessary capacity improvements to meet demand
• •Own the rollout of the Continuous Improvement program
• •Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures in manufacturing areas
• •Lead production operations and manage a team of 3 shift leaders
• •Oversee daily work to ensure safe operation of machines and equipment
• •Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews
• •Ensure employees receive refresher training
• •Verify that third-party employees have appropriate training before assignments
• •Collaborate with management to address potential hazards and incidents
