Anforderungen
- •Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
- •Experience in supporting customers via phone, E-mail, chat, and/or in person
- •Passion for customer service and ownership of customer experience

- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, or professional background in banking

- •Serve as a reliable contact for existing and potential customers in France and Italy
- •Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat

- •Gather customer feedback to identify product and process improvement opportunities
- •Work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams
