Anforderungen
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Responsiveness and proactivity with strong ownership
- •Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- •Excellent analytical and redaction skills
- •Commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •3+ years’ experience in a similar role or law firm
- •Excellent written and oral English
- •French and/or German language skills
- •Strong computer skills including MS Office
- •Experience with legal billing/file management software

Deine Aufgaben
- •Conduct conflicts of interest checks and analysis
- •Liaise with Partners on 'Know Your Client' requirements
- •Record all relevant client information
- •Create and follow up on Letters of Engagement
- •Coordinate with Partners and the accounting team regarding retainers
- •Open and close all matter files
- •Prepare and finalize all bills
- •Assist Partners with invoicing and collections
- •Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy in client lifecycle tasks
