Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a Master's Degree program (Engineering, Business School, Specialised Master)
- •Analytical mindset and ease with database and data crunching
- •Detail-oriented and excellent organisational abilities
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and BI
- •Fluency in French
- •Spanish and Portuguese as a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Gather and analyze client data using various tools
- •Update monthly CRM KPIs
- •Assist in creating the training pack for the clienteling tool
- •Provide key insights about clients to regional markets
- •Support cross-department projects with IT and Digital teams
- •Coordinate communication between the global and regional digital teams
- •Share digital communication tools for 1-to-1 communication with markets
- •Manage orders for printed communication tools and client gifts
- •Collect and share market feedback with regional and global teams
- •Update and nurture the monthly marketing newsletter for regional markets
- •Analyze results of client communication campaigns
- •Disseminate global service guidelines within the region
- •Coordinate mystery shopping waves and results with external agencies and local teams
- •Collaborate with the European team on Chanel Customer Service coordination
- •Ensure regional boutique page information is up to date
