Anforderungen
- •Eligibility for internship agreement
- •Student in engineering school, business school, or university with specialization in project management, data, or information systems
- •Initial experience in project management (internship, academic project, or work-study)
- •Proficiency in English
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)
- •Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Project
- •Ability to formalize processes and familiarity with Lean Management principles
- •Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
- •Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- •Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership

- •Support the implementation of reporting tools for projects
- •Analyze business needs and requirements
- •Participate in workshops with stakeholders on reporting solutions
- •Assess existing dashboards and recommend improvements
- •Optimize and streamline the Power BI dashboard for Capital Investments
- •Implement changes in Power BI and update reporting tools
- •Build Power BI dashboards for program reporting
- •Assist the PMO team with recurring reporting activities
