Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar
- •Previous experience in Procurement
- •Strong Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Fluency in French and English
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Pro-active and energetic mindset, eager to tackle new projects
- •Spanish or Portuguese (a plus)
- •Mandatory internship agreement meeting specific conditions

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support procurement activities for Chanel Switzerland and Swiss Markets
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
- •Assist in strategic sourcing and professional negotiation
- •Manage contract administration and vendor performance
- •Conduct risk assessments and overall category management
- •Provide reporting on project performance to the Regional and Global IP team
- •Lead sourcing projects and RFI processes with internal partners
- •Help define specifications and requirements with business partners
- •Prepare and launch tenders and RFPs
- •Analyze and negotiate supplier proposals and quotes
- •Award suppliers and implement legal agreements
- •Identify spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization opportunities
- •Define and implement a Preferred Supplier List
- •Conduct financial and spend analysis for negotiations
- •Monitor risk management and sustainable procurement initiatives
- •Create relevant catalogs with business partners and suppliers
- •Clean and enrich the preferred supplier database
- •Improve procurement processes and handle ad hoc requests
