- •Lead the implementation of the ICRC Institutional Strategy and its Implementation Plan
- •Ensure alignment with institutional priorities related to Staffing Model milestones
- •Collaborate with the Director of PFE on sustainable workforce planning and compensation
- •Drive the modernization of People functions for greater efficiency and service orientation
- •Provide strategic advice on people-related opportunities and organizational health
- •Strengthen ICRC’s reputation as an employer of choice through inclusive HR practices
- •Lead strategic workforce planning to anticipate skill needs
- •Oversee global talent acquisition, development, and mobility strategies
- •Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
- •Govern global HR service delivery and systems performance for operational excellence
- •Ensure compliance with employment, labor, and data protection laws
- •Partner with the Director of PFE to align workforce planning with budgeting
- •Support the integration of people dimensions into institutional strategy and governance
- •Provide strategic advice and reporting on workforce health and institutional culture
- •Strengthen cross-divisional collaboration across departments and divisions
- •Promote an inclusive and safe workplace culture aligned with ICRC values
- •Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- •Ensure systems and leadership practices foster psychological safety and wellbeing
- •Foster a culture of trust, feedback, and accountability across teams
