Anforderungen

  • University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with international exposure
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume or complex recruitments
  • Experience in stakeholder management, interviewing, and multicultural environments
  • Experience using data or technology-enabled tools to inform recruitment decisions
  • Humanitarian and/or voluntary sector experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent command of English and French required, an additional language is an asset
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong interest in talent search and selection, with candidate experience at the centre of your approach
  • Curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand business needs and ask the right questions
  • Sound judgment and confidence in taking recruitment decisions
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Openness to innovation and responsible use of AI in recruitment
  • Respect for confidentiality, HR ethics, and institutional values

  • Partner with Métiers, Operations, and hiring managers on Talent Acquisition activities
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from needs analysis to final selection
  • Design and apply assessment approaches such as interviews and tests
  • Challenge recruitment briefs and traditional approaches with curiosity
  • Make timely recruitment decisions in complex contexts, articulating recommendations
  • Utilize recruitment data and AI tools for sourcing and decision-making
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and improve processes and tools
  • Effectively use HRIS and recruitment systems like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support initiatives for process improvement
