Anforderungen
- •University degree in international humanitarian law, human rights, humanitarian action, international relations, gender studies, migration, political science, social sciences, or a related field
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English, good command of French, and additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, or Russian) are an asset
- •Strong interest in protection work in humanitarian contexts and motivation to work for the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
- •Professional or volunteer experience working directly with people affected by conflict
- •Experience in drafting and editing reports, concept notes, position papers, and briefing materials
- •Ability to plan, organise, and work independently, including under pressure and within deadlines
- •Strong research, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills (written and oral); experience in data analysis is an asset
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
- •Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Experience with information-management tools (e.g., SharePoint) and producing content for intranet and internet platforms

- •Support the development of guidance for field delegations
- •Contribute to training materials and capacity-building sessions
- •Assist in preparing briefings for staff in priority contexts
- •Monitor protection responses and identify gaps
- •Analyze annual planning documents and debriefings
- •Compile updates from media sources on global developments
- •Summarize external research and reports
- •Attend relevant webinars
- •Organize and report on internal and external meetings
- •Prepare speaking points and presentations on protection topics
- •Review materials to ensure integration of protection perspectives
- •Support ICRC input into external reports and inter-agency processes
- •Update communication and knowledge-sharing platforms
- •Manage information and documentation
- •Provide logistical and administrative support
